Please join us as Ian Pascoe from Vintage Wines gives us insight on several distinguished wines as we dine on Executive Chef Mike Nelson’s imaginative courses. Cost for the event is $150.00, excluding tax and gratuity.

A Sampling of Our Featured Wines
Domaine Drouhin Pinot Noir
Our Pinot Noir is handpicked into 25-pound totes, then hand sorted and de-stemmed. Fermentations are long and careful and by November, all of our Pinot was safely in barrel. Our barrels are custom made in Burgundy, using oak from France’s best forests, allowing the character of the soil and vintage to show through.
Argyle Brut Sparkling
Crafted from the Willamette Valley’s coolest growing season on record, 2011 Vintage Brut offers all you can ask for in true cool-climate sparkling wine. The delicate bouquet is filled with red berry spice, lemon blossom, and toasted brioche. The palate begins with generous plum and gingerbread, yet leads into edgy minerality and briny undertones. The bright 2011 acidity lends itself to the long, energetic finish, begging for oysters.
