Our bartenders have been busy inventing the perfect cocktails for the upcoming months. These refreshing drinks are bursting with summer flavors, fresh ingredients and house-made herbal syrups. Some of the highlights are:
Cucumber Ginger Fizz: cucumber vodka, house-made ginger syrup and soda.
Summer Thyme: vodka, St. Germain, grapefruit and lime juices with a splash of house-made thyme syrup.
Blackberry Gin Fizz: Gin and blackberries mixed with a simple syrup, lime juice and soda.
